With ownership at Ayia Punta Mita, you qualify for membership in the exclusive Club Punta Mita. Membership is a refundable $75,000 USD, which affords you access to the full Club amenities of Punta Mita, including two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, the Punta Mita Residents’ Beach Club and St. Regis Beach Club*, Punta Mita Tennis Club, plus the planned Yacht Pier, Equestrian Center, and community Beach Clubs**.

For Members of Club Punta Mita, annual dues are considered a part of the property owner’s annual assessment fees. Members may sponsor both accompanied and unaccompanied guests, subject to certain restrictions.

To complete your residence in Ayia, we offer complete, custom-designed furnishings packages, starting at $35,000 USD.
