$450 USD per night for a premium unit, plus 15% VAT
$550 USD per night for a Premium Penthouse (ocean view) unit, plus 15% VAT

Each of Ayia's luxury 2-BR, 2 1/2 bath condos features an expansive terrace or balcony, separate living room, dining room and open gourmet kitchen. We are located within the gates of the private, gated, Punta Mita development (home to Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts, and two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses). Guests enjoy access to the Punta Mita Golf Club and Residents' Beach Club, and pre-arrival Concierge services are also available, to pre-stock your refrigerator, or make any dining or activities reservations you would desire.

Ayia Punta Mita Rental Payment Policy
Our payment policy is to receive a deposit of 50% upon booking, with the balance due 15 days prior to arrival. You may, of course, elect to deposit in full in advance. Cancellation policy is to refund in full prior to 14 days notice of cancelation, with a 2-night penalty in effect if cancellations occur within 14 days prior to arrival, Should you wish to just modify your reservation dates, we will work to accommodate this without any penalty, pending available space.
